In February 2023, our business became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), whereby 62% of my shareholding was put into Trust for the benefit of my team. I am absolutely delighted to have been able to confidently place the business into the majority ownership of my colleagues.

Sam is Platinum Eco Services’ Managing Director, and is the company’s longest serving employee.
Over the years he has gained vast knowledge and experience of the Park Home Industry. Continually driving the business forward Sam is always looking for ways to innovate and improve. He has helped PES to become one of the leading installers for Park Home Insulation in the UK.
Sam always strives to be the best in any situation and furthers his education on a regular basis, he likes to always keep up with changes in the industry.
Sam is always working, and with his self-effacing attitude gently guides the business whilst always being on hand to share his expertise with everyone in the team to enable them to develop their own skills.
Tasmin without a doubt is the most organised and meticulous individual living on the South Coast!
Her attention to detail and fierce focus on processes has enabled the company to grow and multiply from a rock-solid foundation.
Tasmin heads up the Operations at PES and understands every nut and bolt of the business. The whole team at PES looks up to Tasmin for guidance and advice, and she ensures every member of staff benefits from her intrinsic knowledge and understanding of successful business Operations.
Any new Project that comes through the door, no matter how big, or small, will be examined and digested by Tasmin to ensure it is delivered in the utmost efficient & productive way possible.
Jess is the “go-getter” of the Company. With a rugged determination to make things happen, Jess will solve any problem thrown her way.
No challenge is too big for Jess’s positive attitude towards overcoming hurdles and this often allows the whole team to raise the bar above and beyond expectations.
Jess holds many responsibilities both within Head Office and on the Field. If a client needs something sorted, Jess will more than often be the one to step in.
Versatile in many ways, Jess is not scared of a challenge. Recently, even becoming a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, which is totally outside her scope of work!
Rachel rapidly rose through the ranks, deservedly through her sheer determination to deliver funding for each and every one of our clients.
Rachel focuses her time between residents and being the beacon of light for our funding delivery partners. Rachel works closely on the overview of every funding stream we operate under, ensuring PES are delivering on remit.
Rachel possesses an amazing understanding of compliance within the sector, and works closely with our clients to ensure we deliver what is required for each individual scheme. Known also for her statistical prowess, Rachel is the “go-to-girl” for numbers, and makes it her mission to ensure her Project Managers are delivering on the promises made to clients.
PAIGE BESTER
Paige started at Platinum Park Home Services as a project administrator and quickly became a valued member of the team rising through the ranks to become project manager. She has experience in enabling works, snagging and quality assessment and now manages two schemes by herself. Paige is a capable and caring team member and handles any issues that crop up with steady resilience, speed and efficiency. She is the first one in every day and one of the last to leave showing exemplary dedication and care to her work.
BETHANY MEPHAM-BUSHBY
Beth joined PPHS as a Project Administrator, but her wide-ranging office skills and attention to detail were clear from the start, making promotion to Project Manager swift and inevitable! Her kind and caring nature and attention to detail makes her a favourite with our clients, funding providers and fellow colleagues alike, and she carries out all aspects of her role with professionalism, dedication, and positivity. Always happy to help others and a master at making a good cup of tea, PPHS is well aware of what a treasure they have in her.
CHARLOTTE ADAMS
Charlotte is a crucial part of the customer journey, she is the main point of call in the first few communications. Charlotte helps a busy day run smoothly by looking after email enquiries and phone calls alike; With her positive attitude, she is always happy to help when a customer has questions regarding anything from the work we do on the property to the process to acquire funding.
Charlotte also works alongside Caitlin to ensure that the homes are ready to be insulated, diligently working with outside contractors to maintain compliance and safety for customers at all times.
Lilly has speedily taken on multiple responsibilities in the office and now plays a vital role in ensuring amazing customer service through phone calls and emails.
Caitlin has speedily taken on multiple key responsibilities since joining the team and now plays a vital role in ensuring customers’ homes are in compliance and ready for installation.
Caitlin not only manages enabling works, supports the customer service elements and is responsible for a team, but she also is a point of call for all things HR.
Josh has brought and implemented innovative ideas and implemented them, allowing processes to be streamlined helping improve efficiency in the whole office!
Josh is passionate and enthusiastic about any task and takes sole responsibility from start to finish to complete everything to the best of his ability, always checking in with his colleagues with his progress for their opinion to ensure it works for everyone.
Josh brings a wealth of knowledge to the business from experience in different industries, allowing us to motor things forward. The retrofit assessors that conduct work for PES have massively benefited from Josh being apart of the business as he has established great working relationships allowing us to communicate updates & improve quality.
Josh has had a massively positive impact on the business all whilst completing a Retrofit-Coordination course, which once he has successfully completed will become a qualified Retrofit Coordinator for PES.
Ellie spends her time exploring business opportunities: She ensures we are using the best quality suppliers to maintain our high standards and using her strong communication skills to secure the nitty gritty details Business Development needs to make decisions.
Ellie is the administrative manpower that accelerates Business Development.
Jennie is the woman behind the machine that is our CRM and enables us to keep all our customers’ data safe.
Diligent and methodical, Jennie has an operation for each step in the funding process: having had experience in the customer service role of the business she ensures that each step makes it as easy as possible to acquire the funding for our customers.
We work with Home and Business Owners, Local Authorities, Managing Agents, Architects and other industry stakeholders to support all carbon reduction programs.
EOT’s were facilitated and created by the Finance Act 2014, to encourage more companies to become employee owned.
Employee ownership is where all employees have a ‘significant and meaningful’ stake in a business.
An EOT places a majority of its company shares into a Trust, for the benefit of its Employees; an EOT may also issue shares directly to Employees as part of share incentive plans.
The shares held in Trust for Employees will provide various benefits to Employees, including a share of any future sales proceeds of the Business, as well as tax-free bonuses up to a certain limit.
Platinum ECO Services Ltd (as well as our trading brand Platinum Park Homes Services), is an EOT and is majority owned by its employees.
The current owner of the business decided to create an EOT for his Employees, as part of an ongoing and inclusive approach toward incentivising and rewarding Employees’ commitment and hard work.
